How to I book a session?

How long is a session?

12-15 minutes

What to wear?

You may dress down to your level of comfort.  Many clients use the bed without clothes to achieve the full benefit.

How often can/should I use the bed?

You can use the TheraLight 360+ light therapy bed as often as daily.  Most clients use the TheraLight 360+ 2-3 times weekly.

What are the benefits?  

The benefits are many!  Full body cellular health and wellness carries an impact in many areas of wellbeing.   Many of the benefits are listed on our website and in our social media video library.  To learn about the researched benefits of light therapy (also known as photobiomodulation, PBM, or PBMT), you may read the research using any of those terms on Google Scholar or PubMed.
